Today we drove out to Park City, which is where they held the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. We took a quick tour through the museum first.
Here is one of the ski hills. It's huge! If you look very closely, there is a person in the air after the crest of the hill, to give you an idea of the scale.
Right next to that, they've put up a giant zipline. Very cool! You go over 50mph down the hill. Jeremy and I both got a chance to ride. We enjoy the museums and zoos with the kids, but it was really fun to do something just for us.

There was also a playground at the bottom of the hill, so the kids enjoyed that.
On our way out we saw people practicing their jumps into the pool. They were flying probably 50 feet in the air and doing tons of flips and twists on their way down. It was very impressive to watch.
We had a really good time. After lunch and naps we went to the Saturday service at the church we've been attending here. It was very different, but we liked it. It is a cafe style service, so people are enjoying their fancy coffees at tables like in a coffeeshop. Still, there was a small worship band that was very good, and the pastor gave his same sermon. We really liked the casual, intimate feel.
